HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is a computer language used to create web pages.

HTML uses commands known as tag to tell the web browser what to do and what to display.

Web pages produced using HTML are static in nature, that means these pages can’t interact with computer users.

There are programming languages that can be embedded in HTML to create dynamic web pages capable of interacting with users. The most well-known example is Javascript.
